Last night, I questioned Simon’s thought process for bashing Chikezie for doing a Whitney Houston song when he was clearly doing the Luther Vandross version.
Now, after thinking about it, I realize that Simon was trying to get rid of him. Why else would he bring up the dreaded Whitney comparison?

Interestingly, last night’s episode was the lowest rated of the season. I guess last week’s snoozefest turned people off. Too bad. They missed a good one. Maybe the show should have started with 80s week…
